Our parenting coordinators (PCs) are our experienced attorneys, psychologists, and mediatrors adept in working with co-parents who experience persistently high levels of conflict, in order to facilitate and implement a resolution of specific disputes. PCs listen carefully and impartially to both parents, evaluate, and thoroughly research the specific circumstances impacting the parties, at times meeting directly with the children and their children, help educate parents about the ages and stages of child development, effective communication, and interpersonal dynamics, and ultimately offer a written decision on behalf of the parties in the children's best interest.
Mediation/
Conflict Resolution
We offer full-service family and divorce mediation from the early stages of contemplation and exploration (of what separation might entail) to a final written settlement agreement that may be filed in court if desired by the parties. Our model is unique in that it is the only of its kind-- informed by psychological theory, law, and experts in child development. We have a longstanding reputation for success in helping even the most high conflict clients to reach mutually satisfying resolution in a calm and respectful process with longterm benefits consistently reported by the parties.
